

As the sole paid search destination for all generic “Bank of America” search terms, this page redesign captures favorable prospects and deepens relationships with existing customers. The ask was to optimize the user experience by creating a dynamic landing page that serves two experiences based on whether the visitor is a current or prospective customer. So we built a modular, container based design that allows design to flex up and down as business needs and priorities change for each audience and products are added or removed, negating major design changes in future iterations.
