Brightcove PLAY is a global gathering of Brightcove customers, partners and industry leaders at the forefront of the digital media revolution. Each year, hundreds of media companies, marketers and developers from around the world convene for three days of hands-on learning, in-depth strategy sessions, next-generation product demos, networking, and all-star keynotes.
I was responsible for all conference signage, promo, collateral, website, and presentation design.
PLAY 2012 mobile app included sessions, speaker bios, agenda, and interactive maps of the event and downtown Boston. The app was also used to scan QR codes at each exhibitor booth. Responsible for map illustration, icon design, and contest collateral.
I was responsible for all event signage and promo, including large format banners, lobby signage, hotel monitor screen stills, table toppers, t-shirts, badges and lanyards, and event giveaways.
88-page perfect bound event guides were given out to all 500+ attendees. Guides included the 3-day agenda, 70+ speaker bios, over 100 session descriptions, event map, and sponsor info.

After the event, I redesigned the website to include a complete video archive, showcasing Brightcove's flagship product, Video Cloud, with 30+ session videos and 4 keynotes from the conference, including chaptering and video search and filtering.
Presentation template design, infographics, and diagrams across 100+ slides, which were used during four keynotes led by Brightcove executives.
Innovation award certificates were handed out during a special keynote presentation recognizing the most innovative digital media and mobile app initiatives and campaigns across a number of categories.
